The Senior IT Business Analyst defines and assesses current and future state business and system processes on large complex IT projects. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives of projects based upon both user needs and an understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve medium to complex business problems considering capacity limitations, operation time, and global/regional differences. Plans and leads large Joint requirements sessions. Produces business and user system needs into Vision Documents, Business Process Flows, Use Cases, and Non Functional Requirements. As needed, provides leadership to a team of Business Analysts, determining assignments and performing quality assurance of their deliverables. REQUIREMENTS * Lead / Senior Business Analyst: * Must be a Senior BA with leadership experience, experience with people and performance management. * 7 years experience in a primary role of developing Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specifications. * At least 5 years experience developing Use Cases. * Experience developing requirements for Web based transactional systems. * Experience with MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Visio. * Experience using Rational Requisite Pro . * Experience with the Rational Unified Process (RUP). * Recent (within the last 2 years) experience or formal training in Six Sigma analysis This is a right-to-hire contract position.
