UX design activities for multiple customer-facing products available
on desktop, mobile and web

Produce personas, scenarios, navigation, user flows, wireframes,
screen designs, and interaction models
*
Build collaborative relationships with product managers and
project teams to translate requirements into outstanding experiences
*
Facilitate design reviews and clearly communicate user experience
details to customers.
*
Research user behaviors and needs; Organize and conduct user testing,
producing high-value reports on feedback
Required Skills and Experience
. 4-6 years' experience as an interaction designer, experience designer or a
similar role
. 2+ years working in an agile/scrum environment
. Degree in a related field, such as HCI, Human Factors, Interactive Design,
Industrial Design or Graphic Design
. Track record of hands-on design leadership and successful product
releases
. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools
. Proven experience with a user-centric approach to research and
design
. Ability to understand customer needs, motivations, and behaviors and
translate them into deliverable tasks
. Solid understanding of user interaction techniques such as focus
groups, participatory design, and usability testing
. Demonstrated experience in designing web and desktop interfaces
based on strong knowledge of user interface design guideline
. Business savvy
. High degree of creativity, interaction design and problem solving
ability
. Ability to understand front end and back end coding ramifications of
designs
. Wireframe to prototype tools such as Azure, iRise or Adobe Fireworks
. Expertise in visual design using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator,
Flash, Flex, Dreamweaver
. CSS 3, XML, XSLT, HTML/XHTML, HTML 5
. Strong software design communication skills. (Ability to communicate
one's ideas through their design)
. Proven track record and a passion for designing compelling,
award-winning user interfaces.
. Attention to detail
. Experience working within a product team, especially with front end
developers
. Team player
. A great portfolio of work/samples of interaction design work is a
must
