The Business Systems Analysis role supports the acquisition, analysis, and definition of business requirements and the definition/planning of user test cases.
Responsibilities include:
Writes business requirements for complex enhancements.
Conducts requirement interviews and demonstrations with business areas on complex initiatives.
Performs analysis, documents business problems and recommends solutions
Accountable for the creation of the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and the review of project artifacts developed by the BSA role.
Faces off with business customers, business system analysts and technical systems analysts
Qualifications: Strong analytical skills 4-6 years business systems analysis experience Prior insurance experience is a plus
Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
GROUP INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
Some travel may be required
Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Highly motivated self-starter also a must.
Strong interpersonal skills Commitment and willingness to see issues through to resolution

Responsibilities:
Expert experience in Project/Program Management and able to lead in the coaching and mentoring of Junior and Senior Project managers to help them achieve individual expectations and deliverables.
Advises and report to Sr. IT Management and business executives at the highest levels on the project portfolio, status and resource planning
Implement program and operational metrics across project portfolio for reporting, issue identification, and process improvement.
Monitor portfolio performance against schedules, resources, scope changes, financial budgets and project and deliverable quality
Provide leadership, direction and coaching on PMO process and specific project tasks
Reviews and approves resources allocations across the portfolio to ensure that all projects are completed within committed time, scope and budget.
Create and maintain staffing plan to support the current and future work demands and project deliverables.
Continue to refine and develop PMO processes, standards and procedures.
Provide leadership, direction and coaching for direct reports' professional development
Provide career development, performance management and pay determination and communication
Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Four year college degree and at least seven years experience in project related work.
Expert experience using Project Management software, such as Microsoft Project, CCPulse, MPulse portfolio management, and Excel.
Experience operating day-to-day activities of a Project Management Office (PMO)
Expert experience in Project/Program Management and able to lead in the coaching and mentoring of Junior and Senior Project managers to help them achieve individual expectations and deliverable
Expert understanding of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Discipline (Integration, Scope, Time, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk Management, Procurement)

Expert understanding of software development and infrastructure project lifecycles.

to and exchange business cards. The group then divides into smaller teams for:
1) Resume Assistance, (Please bring
15 copies of your resume if you want it reviewed.) or 2) Support in Overcoming Job Search Obstacles. This includes:A) Small group advice for individuals
who have hit the wall and need help to reinvigorate their job search, or B)

New Job Club:
Tuesdays, from 9:30 - 11:30
am:The Willow Grove
Presbyterian Church's Job Search Work Team meets weekly to support each other
in their job search. Using a concept that has been proven to be effective over
the past 20 years, participants share with each other the steps they have taken
in their job search during the past week, indicate what steps they plan to take
in the coming week, and hold each other accountable for taking those actions.
The participants share techniques that have worked for them, and suggest
approaches to their fellow searchers. This group is for those who are serious
about their search, committed to both receiving and giving support to fellow
job searchers, and realize that accountability for doing what you say is a
large part of your search. The group meets in the church hall each Tuesday. For
