I am offering again a FREE Resume Tune-up and LinkedIn Workshop at the
Trinity Church of Princeton. Participants will learn about the resume
appearance, how to avoid common resume mistakes, what constitutes an
effective resume, the effective way of using keywords in addition to many
pertinent tips for resume improvements. In addition we will discuss what
constitutes an effective LinkedIn profile. This workshop is mostly
recommended for people who are currently in transition or others who are
considering changing jobs.

Job Description:
Seeking previous Medco or PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) experience.
Group is involved with Client Claims/ Benefit Administration.
Needs someone who is capable of handling an aggressive schedule.
Manages the activities and teams associated with the client upgrade project, and the migration of clients to new benefit plan design systems. Works with teams to track critical path items and activity to meet scheduled go live dates for multiple clients concurrently. Collaborates with several different sub work streams currently to mitigate issues, escalate risks and document all sub team activities.
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business preferred; three to six years consulting experience preferred.
Level Expectations:
• Able to learn independently and adapts quickly to the role
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the tools and processes required by the role
• Functions in complex environments with minimal direction
• Solid individual performance while partnering with others
• Works well through self-directed effort
• May provide technical assistance to resolve operating issues
Essential Functions:
• Presents project status and related information both verbally and in writing to leadership staff, business sponsors and integration project management office.
• Communicates and understands current status against critical path milestones, downstream impacts, and the issues effecting success.
• Meets with management to determine solutions to issues/problems. Defines project scope and objectives. Develops preliminary project plan and design, determines necessary resources, and project timeline.
• Assigns individual responsibilities and acts as a guiding resource for project team members.
• Responsible for delivery and success of assigned projects. Optimizes results within business and time constraints. Leads meetings with project team to assess status and resolve issues as they come up.
• Reviews and tracks status of project and deliverables and provides project updates.
• Provide assistance to escalate gaps in capabilities and functionality, tracking risks/issues/
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or related field
• 3-5 years of previous project management experience
• Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred
• Advanced knowledge of project development, including process mapping, and timeline creation
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward project completion
• Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must
• General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office expert level knowledge of Excel
• Working knowledge of SharePoint required
