Job Title: Lead Business Systems Analyst

Job Description:
Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Possesses expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as, an understanding of the IT organization's systems and capabilities. Analyzes business partner's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications. Educates the IT organization on the direction of the business. Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.
Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge. May make recommendations for buy versus build decision. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Typically has 7 to 10 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
The BSA's will be part of the Channel and Integration team. They will meet with business partners to review business requirements. They will meet with Team to gather and document the level of effort on projects They will work as part of the project team to deploy project requests. They will be asked to work some evening hours and occasional weekends as part of new technology deployments. They will perform various other analytical tasks as needed to ensure successful completion of assigned Projects The BSA will be responsible for requirements and functional architecture. Involved in testing and implementation of applications. Skills needed: All BSA's must have a proven track record of telephony project experience. Experience should include some combination of writing requirements for PBX, IVR, Call recording, reporting, and telephony infrastructure changes. Candidates must have exceptional oral and written communications and customer service skills.
Experience with telephony administrator tools is helpful (i.e. Nice, CMS).
Must have experience leading the caller experience of natural language, directed dialog and DTMF Interactive Voice Response applications.
Advanced experience in all phases of caller interface design, development, and tuning
