Position Summary:
Global Talent Management is seeking to fill two temporary openings to support the reporting function of the new talent management platform. The successful candidates are responsible for helping in the design, development and unit testing of reports to support Performance, and Talent Management and Diversity.

Global Talent Management is seeking to fill two temporary openings to support the reporting function of the new talent management platform. The successful candidates are responsible for helping in the design, development and unit testing of reports to support Performance, and Talent Management and Diversity.
Position Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements for reports (compliance tracking, ad hoc and analytical reports) and develop reports in Cognos and/or Jaspersoft
- Convert legacy reports to Cognos and Jaspersoft
- Design and build complex Cognos Report Studio reports and dashboards
- Provide support as required to ensure optimal performance of reports and dashboards
- Support all facets of data modeling and data management activities; maintain the functio data dictionary and drive adherence to the highest levels of data quality and integrity; liaise with other HR analytical functions (i.e., New Reporting COE, Global Data Warehouse/Dashboard/Cube, Client Shared Services Information Solutions, etc.) to help support the tea data needs and requirements
- Apply a thorough knowledge of data management principles, practices and procedures in the completion of moderately complex data modeling, analytics and reporting assignments
- Design and develop all types of reports and insightful data displays to support the function; collaborate with other team members to identify reporting requirements, design features, layout and demographic segmentation specifications
- Process Talent and Performance related reports and data extracts as needed; quality check all report and data file deliverables
- Create various testing scenarios (including boundary conditions) for quality control of the reports
- Liaise with technology to implement reports to the greater user community (Managers, HRGs and Administrators)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Attention to detail critical; must exhibit a process-oriented, total-quality mindset
- Strong report development experience using Cognos 10.2 including Cognos Report Studio and/or Jaspersoft 5
- Experience designing and developing complex report studio reports involving drill down, and master/detail queries
- Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, MS Word and PowerPoint
- Strong technical knowledge regarding data models, database design, data mining techniques and writing stored procedures
- Experience with coding SQL queries and writing macros in Excel
- Knowledge of quality control testing procedures; experience with Quick Testing Professional (QTP) a plus
- Experience in handling and safeguarding confidential and sensitive HR data
