Reporting to the Division VP in Morris Township, NJ, this
position will manage three in the local office and HR Managers at manufacturing
locations. The responsibilities include
the full gamut of HR functions. Company
employees include scientists, engineers, and outside sales people. This is a highly successful company with good
growth potential for the right candidate.
Requirements:
· BS/BA degree, advanced degree a plus
· SPHR a plus
· 8+ years of experience managing and managing HR
functions at a manufacturing site (a must)
· Ability to travel 30%+

The BA is needed for Application Remediation and Migration Business
Analyst tasks
Resource must have previous BA experience at a high proficiency, and have
experience with Identity and Access Management projects.

planning, requirements gathering, creation of all deliverables (Vision and
Scope, requirements documentation, use cases), working with the testing team
and verifying issues and validating remediation as required, status
