> The Derivative Documentation Analyst will be responsible for OTC trade confirmation of a diverse product set including but not limited to Interest Rate Swaps, Rate Swaptions, Credit Default Swaps, Credit Options, Credit Index Tranches, Equity Linked Swaps, Commodity Linked Swaps, OTC Equiity Options, OTC Commodity Options, FX Options and Variance Swaps . This position will report to the manager of the Derivative Documentation Team. Additionally, the Derivative Documentation Analyst will collaborate with the front office in the escalation and resolution of trade confirmation differences as well as the technology team for enhancements across all asset classes. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge and experience with with Industry Utilities including DTCC-DS Match, MarkitWire and ICELink. Knowledge of Calypso and Bloomberg AIM / VCON is a plus.

> Provide accurate and timely execution for all OTC Derivative confirmations received from dealers for cross product coverage including vanilla credit derivative, interest rate swaps, equity swaps, total return swaps, commodity swaps, OTC Options
> Proficient experience managing confirmation process through DTCC DS Match, MarkitWire & Paper confirmations.
> Monitor and maintain internal Docs Task Station in Calypso, detailing the confirmation status of all open and closed transactions.
> Communicate effectively with internal and external entities to ensure accurate and timely resolution of queries.
> Chase all outstanding documentation in a timely manner.
> Escalate difficult issues to manager promptly
> Continually work to improve the OTC Derivative documentation process and assist with the drafting and maintenance of policy and procedures as needed.
> Participate in Industry Calls and implementing industry initiatives as needed.
