Job Description
Our client is seeking a Desktop Services Administrator who will support
organization-wide desktop, printing problem, service resolution and
application distribution. Some accountabilities include granting user
rights and troubleshooting connectivity issues; configure and support
Active Directory and LANDesk Management and Service Desk Suites; develop and
administer MSI, EXE and BAT packages for Software Distribution; install,
configure and troubleshoot software applications; administer proper MS
patching levels for Operating Systems and Office applications; fulfill all
compliance responsibilities related to the position.

This is a fulltime employee position in Danbury, CT. The role involves
Off-shift, weekends & holiday on-call schedules.

Skills and Qualifications
. Bachelor's Degree and minimum of five years job-related experience.
. TCP/IP, Ethernet, NT & Security, Administering VMware View or
similar VDI Management products,
. ITIL Foundation,
. PC installation, maintenance, support and analytical thinking,
problem determination, documentation & teamwork, taking ownership and
initiative to follow repair through its completion..
. Operating System and Application repair and management through
remote control.
. Ability to identify system wide or repetitive issues and correctly
triage.
. Excellent customer service and communications skills
. Bachelor's Degree is desired but not required.
. Satisfaction and IT Process certifications a plus.
