Our client, a rapidly growing company located in Midtown is seeking a
bright, curious individual with a passion for technology to assist in
supporting the business.

The Production Support/Helpdesk would perform general HelpDesk duties such
as: Setting up new and troubleshooting Windows, Linux and some Mac OS
workstations used by developers, sales and client services. Assisting in
any hardware, desktop OS, desktop application, login, or any other issues
that may arise in the course of the day.

tactical change management, as well as working in a cross-organizational

Global Network Services is dedicated to the overall global network
engineering and support for our client within their Enterprise
