Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of media math, sales planning, order fulfillment, inventory, ad operations, trafficking, order optimization, pacing and delivery reconciliation
- Understands ad server technologies and product taxonomy for display, video and mobile products
- Understands end of the month invoicing, reconciliation and billing concepts
- 5+ years in the digital media ad sales and operations industry
- Basic understanding of system integration concept
Required Experience
- 5+ years in the digital media ad sales and operations industry
- Proven track record of project execution and systems implementations
- Understands media math
- Understand display, video and mobile products
- Project Management and business analyst skill sets
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities:
- Manage complex projects for Digital Ad Sales & Operations business.
- Business Analyst - Directly work with digital business leads to collect and document all business requirements and translate business requirements into system requirements. Identify process improvements across planning and account management with the goal to optimize business operations.
- Systems Support – Manage user requests and inquires. Demonstrate digital expertise by guiding the users on best practices and teaching them how to leverage systems functionalities in effort to introduce business efficiencies.
- Issue/Bug Management – Act as a liaison between the business and vendors to troubleshoot bugs/issues in order sustain business operations.
- Vendor Management - Work directly with vendors to communicate business needs by creating detailed requirement documentation which defines our business needs/requirements which will ultimately guide vendor development.
- Product Taxonomy – Build digital products for display, video and mobile
- Develop and maintain core relationships throughout the organization through constant coordination with Pricing & Planning and Ad Operations teams
- Release & Enhancement Management – Responsible from start to finish for rolling out new system features by working with business leads to prioritize key enhancements, document business requirements, guide vendor development, test new systems functionality and ultimately implement new system features & processes
- Conduct detailed analyses to understand digital reporting needs – including sales order management, revenue management to drive data-based decision-making
