Requires: Bright, independent, reliable PA. Microsoft Office Suite and OneNote.
Our client is a busy executive who seeks a bright, capable personal assistant able to provide general administrative support and handle local (often personal or family-related) errands.
Average 15 hours per week, may occasionally need up to 30 hours during peak/seasonal business periods. Flexible daytime schedule, Mon-Fri; may receive weekend and evening communications pertaining to upcoming assignments so flexible schedule is a must. Approximately 50% virtual; 50% on site presence required at executive home or business, depending on projects involved.
Assistant must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Outlook and OneNote. Able to represent the executive appropriately in obtaining or sharing personal and business information; able to prepare and organize meetings and materials, notes, correspondence; handle calendar and occasional travel arrangements; conduct online research or pursue special projects as needed. Articulate, organized and self-directed; good written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills required. Must have driver's license and own transportation for local errands (dry cleaner, airport shuttle, car servicing, etc.).

Identify new business opportunities, initiating communication and present Triton's Insurance/Benefits solutions to businesses and decision makers.
Provide overview on Triton HR's insurance product portfolios, advantages over competitors, and industry. Explain various insurance policies and help clients choose plans that best fits their needs.
Arrange meetings with Triton HR Benefit Brokers to address client insurance needs in order to develop and/or renew health care polices.
Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients including scheduling and attending meetings and understanding the nature of the clients' business. Maintain current information about Triton HR's benefits, administrative policies, and premium structure. Facilitate delivery of sales quotes and/or proposals to ensure quality quotes, proposals and on-time delivery.
Meet product quotas by preparing and delivering effective product presentations by emphasizing the additional value and benefits the product/services will bring.
Meet monthly sales goals.
Maximize selling efforts by focusing on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Develop customer base from leads generated by the Marketing Department.
Make outbound calls to assigned territory by phone to regular and prospective customers to develop relationships and execute individual account sales plans.
Build partnerships with other companies. Reach out to accounting professionals, small to medium sized business prospects, bankers, lead groups, etc., to develop leads.
Attend assigned conventions, SHRM meetings and Chamber of Commerce meeting per month.
