Description
The Schegg Group is seeking a CFO to join the Executive Team of a prestigious health care provider located in New Haven County. The CFO will have responsibility for enhancing operational SOP's to include IT, Facilities, HR, Compliance as well as Accounting.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be the Right Hand and partner to the CEO to develop innovative growth strategies, in addition to leading major initiatives for finance, billing, grant fulfillment, risk management, and operations.
The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial vision to the organization and to the community it serves. This vision will continue to fund growth and ensure financial strategies are continually developed to manage organizational risk.

Requirements:
* Establish effective SOP's across all operations
* Collaborate effectively with the management team to drive the financial vision, business models, risk parameters, information systems and compliance to support a successful operation
* Partner with the ED to determine organization's strategic vision
* Partner with CEO to ensure a creative, innovation strategy continues to develop to meet forecasted growth over the next 5 years
* Partner with leadership team to drive financial strategy alignment with staffing and funding
* Oversee and continue to improve financial modeling and forecasting processes for all grants, contracted services, and new business opportunities
* Lead the initiative to establish and implement annual goals for productivity improvement
* Evaluate and improve financial systems and processes
* Develop plans for sustainable future growth
* Provide leadership to the finance department
* Develop best practice
* Align the client service delivery and support teams
Qualifications:
* Understanding of value based billing and Medicare/Medicaid processes, procedures and reform mandates
* Minimum 7-10 years in a leadership role in Healthcare Finance and Operations
* Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement & billing a must
* CPA preferred but not required
* Grant experience a plus
* Finance and business analytics; forecasting/risk/probability modeling a must
* Presentation & communication of complex issues tailored to multiple audiences that include: the Board of Directors, Bankers/External Funders, Executive Management an absolute must
* Project Management experience with oversight of facility operations including leases, property and maintenance
* Experience negotiating and managing all lines of corporate and health insurance
* Experience with union contracts and developing successful strategies
* Ability to successfully create and execute a financial vision

This international industry leader has an immediate 6+ month contract
opening in Irving, TX for a Linux Systems Engineer. Will be responsible for
performing a hands-on role that requires a full understanding of Linux
systems. Will be responsible for systems administration and providing
communication and feedback to other team members. Will review and
understand detailed business, functional and technical requirements. Will
provide input into detailed project estimates and work plan. Will
participate in development of detailed technical specifications. Will track
and repair simple to complex defects. Will act as an intermediary for
issues between corporate headquarters and satellite office. Will

Required Qualifications:

opening in Irving, TX for a Senior Back-end Java Software Engineer. Will be
responsible for developing telematics services in a wireless mobile
environment. Will work in a team to design, develop, test, and maintain
telematics software platform. Will troubleshoot and enhance code which was
written by other team members. Will provide support and resolution for
performance related issues. Will support existing telematics software
including development of enhancements, defect resolution, determining and
resolving performance issues, debugging, upgrading, and migration. Will
utilize agile software development processes and short release cycles. Will
provide well-written design documents from requirements documents.
Requirements:
* B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
* Experience developing and maintaining complex, multi-layer systems.
