Qualification Requirements:
· A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in electrical or electronic engineering and at least two years of full-time satisfactory experience in project/construction management, construction inspection, or other related work for engineering or construction management projects. Experience in electrical engineering work or related disciplines. Experience in railroad power-operated signal engineering work; or in signal maintenance; or electrical equipment installation and inspection is desirable.· A high school diploma and at least six years of full-time satisfactory experience in project/construction management, construction inspection, or other related work for engineering or construction management projects. Experience in electrical engineering work or related disciplines. Experience in railroad power-operated signal engineering work; or in signal maintenance; or in electrical equipment installation and inspection is desirable.· A high school diploma and any combination of college education and/or experience described above for a total equivalent of six years education and experience. Experience Requirements:

Description of Work:
The consultant shall provide engineering support services and/or construction support services. Review specifications and drawings, perform field survey and validate AWO requirements.
