The following is a brief summary of the position and not a complete job description.  Other competencies, skill sets and experiences are needed. 
 
Job Purpose:
The incumbent will acts as the organizational development liaison and advisor to the corporate leadership. Plan, develop, implement and administer HR programs and initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and succession planning for corporate leadership
 
Minimum Requirements:
• All candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States, sponsorship is not available.  Related experience considered in lieu of education
• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 or more years of experience in Human Resources in IT or Technology Services industry experience
• Familiarity of working in small-midsized organization handling growth in an entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent leadership skills with a philosophy of creating a high-trust culture
• Ability to work in a matrix organizational structure, developing strong relationships with all levels of management.
 
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree and
SPHR preferred
 
Major Responsibilities:
• Manage Organizational Development (OD) strategies and processes for corporate leadership
o Assess organizational development needs of different departments
o Lead the design, development and implementation of programs
o Build and maintain a strong corporate team through recruiting, training, coaching, team building and succession planning.
o Implement Performance Appraisal Systems, performance management and compensation practices.
• Provide leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to a team of experienced HR staff
• Develop new recruiting strategies and programs to attract candidates.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Identify and implement an ATS to meet recruiting processes and recruiting needs.
