Hospital Medical-Surgical Nurse Manager, RN,BSN
Job Description:
We are seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and assume 24/7 responsibility for the Medical – Surgical Unit at Bayonne Medical Center. As a Med/Surg Nurse Manager at Bayonne Medical Center, you will report to the Executive Director of Nursing, supervise RNs, Patient Care Partners and other support staff, and meet with physicians, patients, family members, clergy, visitors, and others.
Tasks include:
· Monitoring staff documentation to ensure quality standards are met for Medical-Surgical nursing
· Developing accurate operational and capital budgets
· Fostering both loyalty among staff and good will in the community by presenting the Medical Center's image positively and promoting a customer-oriented focus. (Press Ganey Scores)
· Promoting staff morale as reflected by participation in Bayonne Medical Center's functions.
· Developing, implementing, and maintaining procedures and reports to continually enhance departmental work organization.
Job Requirements
As a Med/Surg Nurse Manager at Bayonne Medical Center you must have a solid understanding of medical-surgical nursing, critical care nursing, Press Ganey Reports, JCAHO and NJ state guidelines. You must be highly organized, have excellent management skills, be able to work under stressful circumstances, and lead by example.
Requirements include:
New Jersey RN license
BSN required, MSN preferred
BLS, IV certification
CCRN, ACLS preferred
5+ years progressive RN experience with leadership responsibilities

Description:
Allocate 75% of your time to Salesforce development and 25% to coordinating the Salesforce.com development team efforts. Guide and mentor developers and always communicate closely with the rest of the technology development teams, including keeping stakeholders informed of technical progress and risks. Once the team is fully functional & developed, the Lead will allocate 50% to Salesforce development and 50% coordinating the development team efforts.
Responsibilities

· Setting vision and standards for the development and integration of the Salesforce.com solution
· Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support Salesforce.com application and integrations.
· Design & implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc
· Ensure Production CRM support team follows best practices when architecting, programming or documenting solutions. This includes creating standards and documentation and leveraging processes to ensure all development staff follow the same
· Assist in resource allocation and planning through project planning, staff hiring, staff supplementation and/or outsourcing initiatives
· Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, implementation partners, 3rd party vendors and other technology teams to ensure appropriate infrastructure selection, maintenance, policies and procedures are in place to support the CRM application environment.
· Communicate development status on a regular basis to SMD, Application Development and stakeholders, escalating any identified risks
· Recommend cost effective technology solutions for business challenges
· Ensure the on-time delivery of enhancements or modifications to ongoing production CRM systems.
· Experience architecting complex large scale systems incorporating packaged and custom applications
· Manage a team of developers
Competencies
· At least 3 years of Salesforce.com development experience as well as experience in systems integration environments with large, complex third party solutions coupled with proven expertise integrating solutions with other applications within the overall technology environment
· At least 3+ years development experience developing in multi-tier environment, preferably using Java
· Demonstrated success with at least one large Salesforce.com implementation/
· Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and data model
· MDM experience a plus
· Demonstrated team building and project management skills.
· Proven management and mentorship of development team direct reports preferred
· Experience in Agile development methodologies
· Saleslogix experience a plus
Additional knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Detail-oriented, organized, and possess good writing and communication skills
· Ability to operate effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Excellent mentor and coach
Academic Qualifications
