Position: Tech Lead / Scrum Master

Location: NC/NJ

Duration: 12 Months

Must have Java/J2EE. There will be tech lead responsibilities.

Job Description:

1. Running multiple (at least 2) scrum teams concurrently

2. Knowledge of Java and Spring and web technologies like HTML, CSS and JS

3. Been a Scrum master for at least 2 years, at least 6 months with 1 Scrum
team continuously

4. Able to adapt the Scrum process to the team

5. Able to effectively drive the team to focus on the tasks at hand

6. Good interpersonal skills and cross functional engagement
