Position Summary and Essential Functions:
The EVP, Development works with the Chief External Affairs Officer developing and implementing Opportunity Finance Network's development and fundraising strategies. This position also manages OFN's relationships with funders, investors and sponsors who include the nation's leading foundations, Fortune 500 banks and corporations. The EVP, Development will spend two-thirds of their time maintaining existing relationships while one-third of their time will be spent developing new relationships and initiatives. The EVP, Development also serves on Opportunity Finance Network's Executive Team and supervises a Vice President, Development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a national fundraising strategy that increases the number of sources and amount of operating grant dollars
Cultivate relationships with current and prospective grantors and investors
Organize concept papers that reveal the innovative work of OFN to funders and investors
Work with local co-hosts of Opportunity Finance Network's Annual Training Conference to recruit sponsors supporting this premier industry event
Manage Opportunity Finance Network's investor and grant reporting
Participate in strategic and organizational planning for Opportunity Finance Network
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 15+ years work experience; Graduate Degree preferred
10+ years professional experience in fundraising or related industry required
5-7 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity required
4-6 demonstrated experience in fundraising and relationship management with funders, sponsors and investors
4-6 years demonstrated experience in community/economic development, financial services, financial management or related field required
Demonstrated ability to participate in strategic level planning including budget development
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement long-term marketing and fundraising strategies required
Strong writing, financial and analytical experience required
Proficient with Salesforce and information technology systems
Demonstrated strong leadership and motivational ability required
Superior interpersonal skills ability to work constructively with diverse constituents is required
Experience with nonprofits as well as an understanding of and significant commitment to community development required
Moderate travel required (up to 25% of time)

Duration: 2 months of contract (Possible extension for long term)
Job Description:
Manages one or more non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle -i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design testing, and implementation planning-. Regularly interacts with management. Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members. Ensures all project requirements and-or objectives are documented. 5 years related experience.
Temporary Consultant for Privacy
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Privacy Departments. Duties include the following.
* Gather and monitor information and related back-up for transactions to assess compliance with company policies.
* Provide support for the Privacy compliance assessment process including working with business partners to gather supporting documentation. Attend meetings and conduct appropriate follow-up with team members.
* Assist with the coordination and maintenance of documentation required for the annual Safe Harbor recertification process.
* Develop work instructions for Privacy processes.
* Maintain activity logs and metrics to be reported on monthly/quarterly dashboard
* Conduct interviews with Complaint Department Business Partners across all sectors (~60+ OpCos) to map complaint inputs, suppliers, systems and processes.
Assume additional responsibilities and various ad-hoc tasks, as necessary
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Prior work experience in Compliance, Legal, Regulatory or Privacy preferred
* Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Attention to detail and excellent communication/interview skills
* Project management
* Ability to work well between functions and across all levels of the business
* Must be able to work independently
