Required Skills and Experience:

× Primary Service Desk contact for New York and other satellite
offices in the US
× Manage team on a day-to-day basis, measure and drive staff
performance, set priorities.
× Ensure proper Service Desk coverage at all times, manage
rotation schedules.
× Line management and development of on-site tier 2/3 service
desk team.
× Meet and exceed customer service targets.
× Ensure 2 nd /3 rd line calls, emails and alerts are dealt with

× Produce and feed into regular accurate service reports, analyze
trends with recurring issues, feedback to improve support, reduce incident

× Reviewing, developing and maintaining processes and identifying
work to be migrated to central team.
× Staff development, reviews and appraisals.
× Environment requires 24/7 support. Where required, work outside
of regular hours as per business requirements.
× Liaise with Office Admin/Facilities to coordinate moves or new
office build-outs.

× Assign and manage team resources for project work on a regional
