The candidate will establish the following under the direction of the Head of GBR Metrics & Reporting and Head of Application and Technology CoB/Resiliency Risk Assessment, Planning and Testing Quality Assurance:
- Perform quality assurance reviews of business resiliency plans (e.g. Business Impact Analysis, Business Recovery Plans), application recovery plans, test scripts and test results

Â
- Deliver value-based product presentations and demonstrations tailored
to customersâ requirements and the varying levels of technical
understanding of different audiences
- Develop demos and
Proofs-of-Concept with a clear plan to take a prospect successfully
through the pre-sale process and turn them into a happy customer
- Coordinate and deliver RFP/I/Q responses and technical architecture solutions
- Handle customer follow-ups, assisting prospects through product evaluation phase

- Hands on familiarity with middleware (message queues, synchronous and
asynchronous communications, transaction protocols), web services
technologies (SOAP, XML), enterprise Security standards (oAuth, SAML,
LDAP, SSO), etc.
- Hands on development experience with some of the
following: Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, XML, SOAP, REST, NodeJS and
other API related technologies
- Exposure to Cloud Technologies such as Apache Cassandra and AWS, and Mobile App development including Android and iOS SDKs
- The ability to build and deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs) independently and effectively
- The ability to lead architecture discussions around deployment topologies, scaling & performance & sizing
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
- Experience with customer facing activities, influencing key decision makers
- The ability to think strategically and operate as part of a distributed team
- The ability to travel as needed and to work flexible hours with prospects in different geographies & time zones
