* Current/ recent experience working for a management consulting firm within their Banking or Insurance practice
* Experience developing new business opportunities, closing at least $2M in new business annually for each of the last 3 years
* Experience delivering Customer Market Growth strategic engagements into the banking and insurance industries
* Strong experience focused around developing and delivering strategy engagements that include: CRM strategy, Customer Experience Design Strategy, Customer Behavior analytics and market segmentation growth strategy
* Ability to travel up to Mon - Thurs to customer sites nationally
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading business development and delivery of customer and market growth strategy engagements into the banking and insurance industries. S/he will split their time with 50% of it focused on business development efforts including sales, presentations, evangelizing, and meeting with C-level executives to create business cases and demonstrate the benefit to improving customer and market growth strategies. You will be responsible for closing at least $2-3M annually in new business opportunities within the Banking and Finance management consulting organizations focused around customer growth strategies.
The other 50% of your time will be focused on the delivery of these engagements, where you will serve as a Trusted Advisor and Industry Subject Matter Expert (SME) roadmapping out customer growth and marketshare growth strategies, Project, Engagement, Program management, Ensuring that customer's business objectives are being met and that high levels of customer satisfaction are always achieved. The ideal candidate will have experience with Financial Services / Insurance Industry or Banking Industry Operations methodology and process improvement techniques .
COMPENSATION:
$200-250K base salary + 40% bonus + exceptional benefits + incentives

A lot has certainly been happening in the market and most of what I've been attacking lately has involved global initiatives. I recently filled a huge Head of Global Infrastructure and a huge head of the Global Service Desk. Now I'm looking for higher level candidates for the new global positions below.
I'm looking for business savvy candidates who have deep global experience and understand that you don't yell at the people in Japan and understand that folks in London are more reserved and don't handle our pushy "NY personality" well. Tact and diplomacy as wonderful things and need to be balanced with project deadlines and deliverables.
The Director or Manager of CRM Solutions needs to be very hands on and close to the "pain". This candidate will be building a team and until that's done they will need to jump in when needed. The Project Manager position is really a higher level PM role and this candidate must have managed other Project Leaders and large enterprise level projects from beginning to end. The Oracle Director position will be open in the next few weeks as soon as these other two spots are filled.
