Meeting: Tuesday, OCTOBER 22, 2013 at 6:30 pm in the NEW CITY Library
Here's the Rockland Job Network (RJN) Agenda (flyer attached - please post

Topic: TRANSFERABLE SKILLS - We all have transferable skills. Some of us
have even squeezed them onto our resumes. But have you ever thought how
else they can be used? This meeting we will be working outside of the
proverbial box. How do you use them to your best advantage on your resume?
Which ones are employers really looking for? How do you get the ones you
are lacking? But mostly it's about taking them out of the box and giving
them a look over, especially if you haven't thought of them for a while. So
this is a chance to explore those that are important to you and maybe even
find some new ones.
Announcements:
* You can also go to a Neighbors-helping-Neighbors meeting for even
more networking. <http://neighbors-helping-neighbors.com/>
