GENERAL DESCRIPTION
College seeks individual who is commissioned NJ Police Officer to be responsib under direction and supervision of a superior officer, to patrol and monitor College grounds, buildings or designated events. Acts to safeguard life and property and enforce College regulations in accordance with state and municipal laws and departmental procedures. Responds to emergencies in accordance with the College's Emergency Management Procedures. Provide assistance, protection, and information to persons in a professional and cordial manner. Other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma required or equivalent. Ability to read, write and understand theEnglish language. Must be 18 years of age. Appointee must have active status as commissioned NJ Police Officer and be eligible for appointment as College Police Officer as provided by Chapter 211, 18:A6-4-2. Must be able to pass Psychological Evaluation and Police Background Check. Related work, education or military background preferred. Must have well developed interpersonal skills. Ability to operate campus communications devices. Is expected to act in a courteous professional manner with all constituents. Must possess certification by the State of New Jersey in CPR and first aid or obtain certification during probationary period. A valid New Jersey Driver's License is required with an acceptable driving record.

SALARY Annual Salary is $34,628 with benefits.

General
Description
Tracker is responsible for identifying and properly marking
utility lines. This usually is performed during normal business hours,
however all Trackers are responsible for the coverage of on-call shifts
during the week and weekends.

Tracker candidates must
possess:
the minimum age requirement of 21 years old
no felonies;
any blemished backgrounds 7yrs or older will be reviewed;
any records
less than 7yrs will be a disqualifying factor.
and always maintain a
valid driver's license and they must maintain a good driving record; and
have fewer than 3 infractions to be reviewed and no DUI_s, DWI_s or
reckless driving incidents.

Essential functions
Follow
company policy on safety, making sure at all times proper PPE is worn and
safety devices are used
Arrive at various locations or construction
sites to identify, mark or clear the utilities we are responsible
for
Read and interpret utility maps or prints to identify various types
and sizes of underground utilities
Utilize various electromagnetic
devices to properly locate underground utilities
Properly photograph
and bill all work as it is completed
Perform on-call duties when
scheduled
