Position Summary:

This position will be involved in all aspects of the software development
lifecycle, including analysis and requirements' definition, design, user
documentation and operational rollout to other business areas. Candidates
should be able to manage the testing process, prioritize work to ensure a
high quality product and coordinate testing resources.

This is a C#/.Net/SQL Server environment with the majority of applications
written in-house.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Ensure new releases are of the highest quality and are free of
"trading error" class defects

· Develop and maintain automation frameworks

· Evaluate software applications against design specifications,
product requirements and determine test efforts

· Develop and maintain test plans and specific cases for each
release cycle

· Extend test coverage and improve test methodologies and processes

· Communicate and report on metrics related to the status of the
testing effort

· Coordinate the development of documentation such as release notes
and/or user documentation; help improve product documentation

· Collaborate with other team members to devise new or improved
techniques for solving problems

Required Skills and Competencies:

· BA/BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information
Systems, Accounting, Finance or Business

· Minimum 3-5 years of hands on testing experience with complex
software systems

· Experience in the investment industry or with a vendor of
financial software

· Minimum two years of experience writing automation suites and
frameworks - Moving to QTP

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to communicate technical practice to non-technical end
users

· Knowledge of the full software development life cycle

· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

· Experience creating test plans, test matrices and schedules

· Proficiency with test document tools and software

· Knowledge of SQL, must possess a solid comfort level navigating
and working with relational databases

· Knowledge of financial, CRM, and document management systems

· Knowledge of Quality Assurance's role in an Agile development
process

· Team player who possesses a strong work ethic, a "can do"
attitude, and takes pride in their work

Position Summary:

This role will be of the IT Production Control and Risk Management Group
that consists of 7 functional disciplines necessary to safeguard, monitor
and support the production environment and production processes, including:
Business Continuity, IT Asset Management, ITIL Process/Risk Controls, Market
Data Management, Quality Assurance, Release Management, and Security.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Apply appropriate automated verification and validation methods to
improve and ensure the quality of our product suite

· Develop automated and manual tests

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Minimum 5 years' Quality Assurance automation experience

· Minimum of 3 years' Financial Services Industry experience;
particularly within the business of mutual funds and hedge funds

· Knowledge of SQL; relational database experience (SQL Server)

· Experience testing in Java, C#, and .NET environments

· Proficiency in C#

· Experience in creating automated Coded UI tests leveraging Visual
Studio

· Experience leveraging TFS 2010 Test Manager, Fitnesse, Spec Flow
and/or Cucumber

· Proficiency in PERL a plus

· Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile project team
setting

· Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
