Provide technical support to Information Builder's customers and employees with application deployment, debugging and problem determination. The emphasis of this position is on answering customer questions and solving problems, while encouraging team participation in order to promote the ongoing development of the individual and the team.
The Technical Support Representative Level III is a proven high-level person with technical expertise and customer support skills. Duties and Responsibilities
• Solve problems and answer questions quickly, efficiently and courteously

* Coordinates in-office interviews for Summer Associate and lateral candidates with attorneys
* Distribute interview schedules to interviewing attorneys
* Must be able to work overtime during busy periods and attend summer and fall events, when necessary
* Collect candidate evaluations
* Draft all letters to candidates
* Prepare orientation packets for new Summer and Fall associates
* Conduct office tours
* Assists in setting up Summer Associate orientation schedules and in drafting welcome memos
* Sends out reimbursement letters to applicants and letters to other firms with regard to shared NALP expenses
* Compiles on-campus interviewing packets for attorneys
* Keeps track of inventory of marketing materials and orders additional supplies, as needed, for recruiting purposes
* Assists in setting up events for Summer program and in fostering attorney attendance at these events
Administrative
* Performs clerical functions such as preparing & organizing files and binders; opens & organizes incoming mail
* Answers telephones and sends and receives facsimiles and e-mails via computer
* Performs other work-related duties as assigned or as judgment or necessity dictates
