The Job:
Provide technical support to Information Builder's customers and employees
with application deployment, debugging and problem determination. The emphasis
of this position is on answering customer questions and solving problems, while
encouraging team participation in order to promote the ongoing development of
the individual and the team.
The Technical Support Representative Level III is a proven high-level person
with technical expertise and customer support skills. A person in this position
has mastered the day-to-day customer support duties, has strong product
knowledge, and has achieved product specialization in at least one major
Information Builders product component.
Reports to: Support Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
• Solve problems and answer questions quickly, efficiently and
courteously
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and responsiveness
goals
• Provide high level technical support predominantly of a post sales
nature
• Develop expertise in products that will allow the Technical Support
Representative to act as a resource for other team members and provide in depth
solutions to customer queries
• Provide support to other Technical Support
Representatives to allow them to be more technically sufficient and
independent
• Interact with other technical groups within the
company
• Manage critical support problems and questions, handle escalations
and sensitive problems and questions
• Manage critical accounts
• Be
recognized as an expert in specific technical areas and platforms
• Resolve
more complex cases and take on special projects
• Acquire technical knowledge
of Information Builders products in order to address customer problems and
questions by attending internal training classes
• Proficiency in the use of
all available tools that aid in the case resolution process
• Create Symptom
Problem Solutions (SPSs) and technical documents
• Train peers in technical
and administrative procedures of the team
• Respond to customers problems and
questions in a timely, professional and appropriate manner in order to maintain
high levels of customer satisfaction and low case duration

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN OR AROUND Dodge City, KS relocation will be provided
* The position has direct responsibility for leading, directing, managing the Treasury and Financial Analysis and Budget activities, to devise processes to exploit lending facilities, better plan the financial impact of operating activities, and support the development of improved operational and financial reporting systems in all member companies.
* Lead and manage a new function to develop and report operational and financial performance against a Budget or Annual Operating Plan
* Develop a methodology to plan cash inflows and outflows on a rolling 13 week basis and a means to exploit our Borrowing Base and managing cash balances in keeping with credit agreements
* Prepare and distribute weekly cash forecast; construct and suggest cash optimization strategies with the CFO and other financial staff; automate cash management in and between CE companies
* Act as liaison between the company, its banks and lenders, as required
* Assist with the external audit, as required, specifically addressing internal control improvements
* Develop a budgeting process for the company which supports both accrual and cash based accounting methodologies; suggest cost reduction strategies
* Provide timely management information; support an accelerated accounting closing process
* Ensure GAAP is followed in all financial reporting practices
* Provide systems which report, control, and improve business processes
* Assist in establishing and maintaining systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems
* Suggest and help implement improvements or a new ERP system
* Support Owners with their financial planning, taxes, and questions, as required

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, especially advanced use of Excel.
* Knowledge of database programs such as Access, as well as knowledge of various ERP systems is also required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of C/C++ and Java object oriented code that
performs communication of IBI Core engine with RDBMS low level APIs.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in design and coding of C/C++ and Java DBMS applications (ODBC, OLEDB, JDBC, ORACLE OCI, Teradata CLI etc.). Strong
knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts and data models. Multi-platform
experience required (Linux, UNIX, Windows). Strong mathematical background is a
plus.
7+ years of related experience required.
Computer Science or Math bachelor's degree required.

Coaches will need the following requirements:

· Flexible schedule to work days, nights or weekends as needed for delivering services across multiple time zones
