· Order and replenish supplies
· Schedule appointments

Requirements:
· HS diploma or equivalent
· 2-5 years of experience in administrative work
· Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
· Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

· Typing 55-60 wpm

We develop scripts and other forms of automation to solve problems within

global coverage for incidents 24/7 in a follow-the-sun model. Team members
are required to cover for escalations on one weekend every few months.
