This position is strictly desktop support. Prefer someone with 1-3 years experience out of college.

Salary - Up to $55,000 + Full Benefits
Job Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level IT Support Specialist. This individual will be responsible for performing on-site desktop repair, and installations. Provide technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported problems. Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs computer systems. Prepare progress reports for work performed.
Limited travel (0-10%) may be required for sales office visits to support existing applications, and perform business process reviews.
The chosen candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; be highly-motivated and demonstrate ability to prioritize and execute tasks. Must be able to work alone as well as in a team environment and have the desire learn new technologies and improve our current technology.
Must be proficient in a variety of computer hardware and software. Experience with Windows PC's and laptops, Microsoft Office products, networking, Wi-Fi and LAN networking, and VPN is required. .
Three to five years of hands-on experience with issue recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.
