*Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis (Jersey City)*

*Overview*
This position is a key position with an opportunity to provide critical
financial support to the finance and leadership teams. The position is
responsible for the oversight and management of the Financial Planning and
Analysis (FP&A) function of Datapipe, and will drive company-wide financial
performance initiatives. The position will focus on the continuous
improvement of business modeling and financial planning processes that will
effectively scale with the Company's growth. The position requires strong
financial reporting, planning and modeling skills, and good business

acumen. It also requires the ability to understand the big picture of the

Company's financial model, while being very detail oriented with the
analysis of bookings and revenue, expenses, capital expenses, balance sheet
and cash flows.

*Primary Roles and Responsibilities:*
· Drive the consolidated forecasting process and be responsible for
the development and maintenance of financial forecast models, including
P&L, capital expenses, balance sheet and cash flow
· Support the operations functions in managing their spending
budgets, including monthly budget vs. actual analysis, headcount reporting,
monthly and quarterly expense forecast updates, annual planning, and
special projects. Work closely with Accounting and operations teams to
ensure accuracy of data during monthly close process
· Manage and develop financial reports and models for senior
management to support effective planning/forecasting and performance

evaluation for various key metrics
· Manage company's sales compensation program, including
calculation and validation of commissions payable to sales organization
· Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources to create
regular and ad hoc reporting, and organize extracted data into meaningful
information using a variety of tools
· Create and manage effective financial and operational metric

systems to provide management with information regarding company performance

*Requirements*
· Bachelor degree in accounting or finance. MBA preferred; telecom
and/or high-tech experience strongly preferred
· 4-6 years finance/accounting experience, with experience in
corporate FP&A, budgeting and forecasting
· Advanced skills with Excel and Powerpoint; experience with
planning tools strongly preferred
· Experience in providing financial and strategic support to
executives/business heads
· Thorough knowledge of financial and accounting concepts
· Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills a must
· Team player, able to build strong relationships and work with
various levels in the company
· Self-starter, with ability to communicate effectively at all
levels and articulate ideas, financial results and actionable
recommendations
