Position Summary
Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Sr. Specialist with experience in full-cycle A/P responsibilities within an automated environment. The specialist will collaborate with the global A/P team as well as internal and external customers to effectively process, troubleshoot and resolve A/P invoicing issues, ensure compliance with A/P processes and procedures.
This 3-month contract is located in Cheshire, CT
Qualifications
• Associates/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting , Finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of recent hands-on full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Knowledge of SAP is preferable; other ERP systems like Oracle is acceptable
• Experience in processing invoices with document imaging system is a plus
• Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with differing priorities simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to follow-up on pending issues with sense of urgency and customer focus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to follow processes/procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
• Work collaboratively with global teams and across different functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Overview
Our client is seeking a Director of Infrastructure who will oversee all aspects of technology infrastructure operations and daily support of production platforms inlcuding network, servers, telecommunication services, and information. The Director will be responsible for ensuring platforms are efficiently utilized and that all compliance requirements are met including, but not limited to, HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI-DSS, federal and state security. Knowledge, Education and Experience
