Creating a LinkedIn profile is a must, particularly for job-seekers. With 300 million profiles, it is no wonder that some employers do not evenbother posting new openings anymore; instead, they search LinkedIn forpotential candidates. It is also a mustthat your profile captures the attention of decision-makers. Yet, over 50% ofthe profiles do not include a Summary, 2,000 characters of prime real estatelocated below the Headline. | Facilitate the process of providing senior management with financial analysis of the group's International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) financial results and support of Quarterly Financial Business Results (QFBR) process. Participate in annual planning and financial analysis process providing technical support and business unit assistance. Support the Group projects for Solvency II and CATRisk
1. Evaluate key drivers of the Company's performance, including detailed underwriting results by division for IFRS legal entity and IFRS management view results. Prepare variance analysis and presentation materials for internal and group reporting.
2. Prepare quarterly analysis and presentation materials for all US Regional and legal entity IFRS financial results including, underwriting, investments, income statement and balance sheet position.
3. Assist with the development and evaluation of the group'sLegal Entity financial plans including capitalization, liquidity and performance.
4. Support Group global planning process via technical assistance to business units on Global Planning System (GPS). Assist with quarterly calculation of key financial metrics in support of MR Group Value Based Management (VBM) process.
5. Participate in quarterly financial business results process with the Group accounting unit.
6. Support group projects for Solvency II and project OnSET including coordination with TATS and IRM. |

will walk away with knowledge about such things as the résumé read by humans
versus the résumé scanned by software, how to avoid common résumé mistakes
that put yours into the proverbial black hole, the elements that constitute
an effective résumé, and where to look for the right keywords for your job
search. In addition, you'll learn many pertinent tips for résumé
improvements. And we'll discuss what constitutes an effective LinkedIn
profile.
Who is this workshop for? It is recommended mostly for those currently in
transition and those considering changing jobs.
