Currently, we are seeking multiple Project Mangers for Wells Fargo to join our team of professionals for an 18 month project 100 % REMOTE Must have solid project management methodologies and practices as well as knowledge and understanding infrastructure and networking.

* Responsible for leading and managing activities associated with highly complex projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Projects typically cross multiple organizational entities and are moderate to significant in risk, scope and complexity. Consults with business partners to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work. Works with users to understand complex problems and focuses on issue resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
* Develops and revises complex project plans, project documentation and budgets utilizing approved enterprise tools (STAMP, Planview, etc.). Develops and implements complex communication plans. Interacts and negotiates with senior management on behalf of project team. Creates and delivers presentations to senior management on project goals, plans and progress reports. In accordance with TPM, responsible for end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end. May manage a set of projects associated with a specific business function. Focus will be on network infrastructure projects related to corporate property initiatives.
* May directly or matrix manage project staff, including selection, training and contributing to performance evaluations.
* In addition to the PM disciplines noted, a PM5 should have a highly developed working knowledge of network infrastructure and be able to interface effectively with network engineers and architects.
* Must have experience with the deployment of network and security infrastructure in a secured Cisco environment. Required Skills: 7+ years of experience managing large scale network infrastructure projects. Demonstrated experience managing multiple client relationships and projects with proven results through entire project management lifecycle. Demonstrated proficiency in project/program financial management and project management disciplines,
* Excellent organization and prioritize skills. Strong communication skills, verbal and written, leadership level presentation skills. Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio. Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a matrix managed organization.
* Preferred skills: Familiarity with Planview, STAMP.

Strong manufacturing sector continues to drive prosperity: According to a Manufacturing Institute report sponsored by Deloitte, the U.S. economy is projected to grow by 3.1 percent in 2015. Strong manufacturing sector continues to drive prosperity: According to a Manufacturing Institute report sponsored by Deloitte, the U.S. economy is projected to grow by 3.1 percent in 2015. Job Description
. Automate functionality to expand the scope of test coverage
. Develop and implement test tools that can be used by the QA
team
. Coordinate with development teams to improve our QA
environment, ensuring that it matches production as closely as possible
. Responsible for regression of existing functionality. This
includes Server and Administration application testing. Validation will be
performed against the server, system logs, database, XML messages between
the client and server.
. Establish quality assurance standards and best practices for
test automations efforts
. Integrate test suites into source control
. Perform comprehensive analysis of any error to assist in
working out the root cause of the issue prior to recording in a defect
tracking tool
. Identifying test conditions from project documentation and
developing test cases to provide full coverage.
Skills to Fulfill the Position
. Person with of 5-8 years of experience in test automation or
general programming
. Experience testing with web services (SOA, SOAP, REST,
WDSL/WADL)
. Good communication skill
. Strong development skill in scripting and using Automation
Frameworks with preference towards TestNG Selenium for GUI testing and
Parasoft SOAtest, SoapUI for APIs.
. Test design for automation with data-driven focus as well as
hands-on testing
. Ability to read or write simple Java code, HTML, JavaScript,
Jython, Python XML, XSD, XPath, etc.
. Review requirements, specifications, and other project
documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed
. Collaborate with Development team to capture and reuse
automated Unit Test Cases, Test Stubs and Drivers, and other Development
test objects.
. Participate in change review to identify the quality
implications of known defects and the impact of proposed changes to product
definition on the testing process.
. Ensure proper version control and configuration management of
all test objects developed and test environments used
. Good knowledge of database manipulation (e.g SQL) to validate
a process
. Help with troubleshooting using system and application event
logs, job scheduling, and SQL queries.
. Help provide creation of test project status reports and
metrics (e.g., Test Dashboard).
. Experience with defect tracking system; knowledge of JIRA a
plus.
. Experience with Test Management system a plus.
. Familiarity with all aspects of testing including functional,
regression, and system testing, and the ability to prepare systems test
plans is highly desired
Required Qualifications
. B.S. degree in computer related industry or equivalent
experience is required.
