Manager ofTechnology Transferfor growing specialty chemicals company near Morristown, NJ. The Manageris responsible for commercialization process of new products from R&Dthrough introduction to the market. Interface with R&D, Sales,Marketing and other department personnel as needed. Manager will managepaperwork for the technology transfer process. Such paperwork willusually include product recipes, raw material specs, manufacturing procedure,finished product specs, test methodology and other information as needed. Manager is owner of the Quality (ISO 9001) System process for the newproducts. Manages the New Products Product Development meetings. Compensation based on experience. Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering required.
- Three to five years of experience in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry is desired.
- Minimum of five years' product development experience and knowledge of the ISO 9001-2008 quality standard required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
- PMP Certification a HUGE plus
