Salary: $120-150K, + 10% Target Bonus (DOE)

Our client is a growing division of a widely-admired Fortune 500 company. We are currently in search of a Sales Director who has demonstrated aptitude in managing a multi-faceted salesforce. If you're a high potential candidate experienced in managing the sale of components into OEM markets through geographic, end-use, and multi-channel approaches, we want to talk to you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Sales Organization to achieve revenue objectives by product line, verticals, regions
* Develop Sales Organization effectiveness through enhancement and application of the Challenger sales model, Saleforce.com, and negotiating skills
* Establish sales performance tracking, monitor, and report to division leadership
* Participate in Demand Forecasting efforts
* Coordinate continuous improvement efforts with Commercial Excellence Team as appropriate
Position Requirements:
* BS/BA - Engineering or Business Administration. MBA preferred
* 10+ years sales experience in OEM components sales
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
* Effective project management skills. Demonstrated ability to identify and lead business improvement projects.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite and JD Edwards
* Demonstrated analytical / problem solving / detail orientation and skills
Additional Desired Competencies:
