Title: Project Leader - SAP/CRM - Sales Applications

Location: Shelton , CT

Salary range: $90 -105K

Description :

We are seeking a Project Leader who will be responsible for supporting the IT applications that enable the sales and marketing processes / organizations within the company. This individual will work closely with business users through the project life cycle and will be responsible for analyzing current business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

 

Initial projects will focus on software implementation and rollout of CRM & SFA applications with some international travel required. The successful candidate will take an active and hands-on role in configuring the systems and addressing technical constraints to deliver these improvements, as well as provide training and support, ensuring that the user community is effectively using the tools in place and administering the system in response to business changes.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's Degree

·         Must have prior SFA and SAP/CRM experience and prior experience with Salesforce.com.

·         Must have Experience leading projects.

·         SAP CRM V7 application including functional Sales and Marketing experience

·         5 + years Business Systems Analysis and Solution Design

·         5 + years Requirements Analysis, Refinement of Business Requirements into Technical Specifications.

·         3 + years of SAP CRM Sales and Marketing experience from either the business or IT side, SAP CRM V7 highly desired.

·         3 + years of Application Design and/or Development.

·         3 + years working with a third party software package

·         Strong capabilities using MS Office

·         Effective verbal and written communication with all levels of the organization

·         Must be able to help internally "sell" and "service the user group. Be the "voice" of the user community to represent to management commonly requested and needed changes to the application

·         Able to build strong relationships with the managers of the user group to ensure proper use of the application

·         Demonstrated experience organizing and conducting training.

·         Business & Organizational Knowledge: Understands business and IT systems, Demonstrated experience working with Sales & Marketing community.

·         Change Management: Exhibits an assertive personality with a strong bias for action with a results-orientation ; tackles tough problems with firm deadlines.
