security master platform is looking for an individual to fulfill a business
analyst role working in a fast-paced environment. The individual will be
working with both developers and prospective clients of the application
gathering requirements and facilitating implementation, coordinating UAT,
and production rollouts, creating functional and business requirements
documents, and ensuring the overall success of the project.

Requirements:

- Candidate must have knowledge of financial instruments data for all
asset classes including Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivative products.
- Basel II knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a
thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and
translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Candidate must be familiar with industry project management practices
and all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to analyze data, create mapping documents, and technical
specifications to facilitate development, conduct QA, UAT, and coordinate
production rollouts.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with the application clients to
gather business and functional requirements and deliver artifacts such as
FRD, BRD, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.

- 5-7 years of related reference data experience in the Financial
Industry, preferable working with security master applications in an
investment bank.

There is a rrequirement for the ASP Information Risk Management Project to
deliver controls and processes to ensure that non Bam managed ASP
applications are compliant with Shell Information Security standards. The
project will also create remediation plans to address the gaps found in high
risk ASPs. The project will build upon deliverables from the ASP Compliance
project and will further leverage the non-BAM ASP inventory and the BAM ASP
Assurance strategy and procedures. (more information is available in the
Terms of Reference).

Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Manager to Deliver the following using PDF:
1. Reviewed and updated inventory of ASP applications by COB, leveraging the
inventory set up in the ASP Compliance Project.
2. Inventory of ESP's by COB, leveraging the inventory set up in the ASP
Compliance Project.
3. Reviewed/revised ASP security baseline (Business ASP specific if
necessary) , updated to cover ESP's
4. BIA for each ASP application and ESP Business processes listed in the
initial ASP inventory without an existing BIA and for the ESP's in the ESP
inventory,
5. For the 'high risk' ASP applications:
- Assessment of the gaps against the security baseline,
- Create plans to remediate gaps,
6. For the 'high risk' ESP's:
- Assessment of the gaps against the security baseline,
- Create plans to remediate gaps,
7. Review existing contracts and include them in the 'contract tracker'.
8. Confirmation from C&P Legal that the relevant contract changes will be
made during the
next contract renewal opportunity for each ASP/ESP listed in the
inventories.
9. Instituted Business managed ASP IT Security Assurance Process (including
roles & responsibilities) within the Businesses or BAM or IRM organizations,
preferably with sample based penetration tests. This must include temp lates
for reports to IRM- and Business It management and Business ITLT.
10. Instituted Business managed ASP IT Security Assurance Process (including
roles & responsibilities) for ESP's within the Businesses. This must include
templates for reports to IRM- and Business IT management.
11. Advice on ASP/ESP compliance/assurance activities that can off shored /
out sourced eg to LATC
12. Decision on E2E compliance responsibility for Business managed ASPs and
ESP's, including the possible on-boarding of business managed ASPs to BAM
(where possible).

Configuration Manager with some technical lead experience for a long term
consulting engagment. This individual will utilize advanced knowledge of
configuration management tools, technology, standards and procedures to
support and manage configuration management processes. The Lead will also
be involved with defect management and documentation of version control
procedures. This individual must be comfortable and effective working in a
very dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
. Assist in coordinating with development organizations on designing and
implementing appropriate folder structure for managing documents, builds,
branches, deliverables and other artifacts as appropriate
. Implement the structure in tools sets identified and implemented in
phased implementation plan
. Create configuration management `how-to` sheets for developers, tech
writers, testers, and others who create artifacts that will be controlled
for new deployments
. Track all configuration items needed for compilation/build, installation,
execution, testing and documentation of developed software
. Update baseline copies of software as configuration changes are made in
development and end testing
. Lead the CM efforts affiliated with baselining and managing lab
environments, including documenting all hardware, software and networking
components for end testing
. Lead the activities associated with assessing and improving the Release
Management function within the Engineering & Technology team
. Familiar with traditional software development lifecycle process
. Help coordinate the deployment of software components
. Work with internal departments to develop and maintain CVS Project
standards and procedures to ensure that configuration management controls
are capable of supporting development, deployment and implementation
activities to meet project needs
. Ensure version control integrity for software and non-software components
by reviewing CVS Project requirements. Establish approach for resolving
discrepancies to ensure requirements are met for end testing
. Develop and maintain standards and procedures to ensure that
configuration management controls are capable of supporting deployment
activities and implementations to meet business needs.
. Interpret configuration management activities and tools as defined and
applies them to project activities. Work with the project manager to
develop configuration management plans, milestones, and schedules for
projects.
. Maintain expertise in latest state-of-the-art testing methodologies and
automated tool suites as they pertain to existing and planned Corporate
Engineering projects
. Accurate preparation and documentation of test results, issues / defects
and progress.

Required Skills:
. 3+ years experience as a Configuration Manager or Technical Lead
. Quality Center or Test Director experience is a must
. Familiarity with Serena Business Mash-ups
. Familiarity with IBM Rational Rose
. Familiarity with Remedy
