TITLE: IT PROJECT MANAGER III JOB ID#: 12-00306 PRIMARY RECRUITER: MICHAEL WILLIAMS BILL RATE:: DAILY RATE(DOE) # OF OPENINGS: 5 POSITION TYPE: LONG TERM CONTRACT LOCATION: NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES DESCRIPTION: The main purpose of the Project Manage – P14 PMO role is to: •Ensure successful approval, initiation, management and closure of projects, within the context of the overall P14 program and within the company PMO Framework and SDLC guidelines. Key accountabilities: •Ensure the projects are planned and managed including the delivery of business case, business requirements, end to end solution delivery and post implementation reviews for all projects. •Provide regular reports on resource requirements and ensure the internal company Technology resource allocation procedures are adhered to. •Identify and resolve issues that affect P14 and provide timely escalation to the PMO. •Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to the P14 PMO on project progress, risks/issues, expenditure and financial status. •Prepare, validate and manager project accounts (man-days, cap-ex etc). •Understand – to an appropriate level of detail – the technical environment and the inter-relationships and dependencies of projects within the program. •Demonstrate the company Technology management values and supporting a culture of achievement and personal development.
