Job Description:
The Manager – Procurement Risk (PR) Process & Systems Implementation will provide focus in two key areas:
(1) reviewing, assessing and redesigning/enhancing as appropriate, current supplier risk assessments and related processes and (2) managing the migration from the existing supplier risk management tool (Hiperos) to the new tool (Emptoris Supplier Lifecycle Management).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
At least 3-5 years experience in operational risk, preferably supplier risk, that includes building, implementing and operating risk assessment tools and programs to help meet regulatory requirements and manage supplier/3rd party risk
Experience in designing and documenting processes using workflow diagrams and narrative process and Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably the financial services industry, along with a basic familiarity with supplier related regulatory requirements
Experience in building and implementing supplier risk processes and tools, methodologies
Stakeholder management
Experience in process improvement, vendor relationship management and use of P2P enterprise procurement suites is strongly desired

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE:
Operational Risk / Supplier Risk Assessment Process Review, Assessment, Redesign/Enhancement
Working with the current PR team review and refine criteria for inclusion of suppliers and supplier arrangements subject to formal, centralized tracking and the extent of assessment/tracking
Quickly gain an understanding of current supplier risk management program and working with the current PR team, identify to-be processes
Working with the current PR team, design new risk assessments including developing specific assessment criteria/questions along with associated weightings and scorings
Working with the current PR team, play a significant role in documenting new processes

Supplier Risk System Implementation
Act as the primary Project Manager (PM) for the supplier risk related implementation including creating and managing the related project plan
Guides the PR team's effort in implementing existing and/or enhanced processes into the new supplier risk modules of the new Procurement Portal

Manages/Maintains the project plan for PR related activities, ensuring appropriate integration with the overall PP project plan and other work stream specific plans (particularly the Contract Management plan, supplier performance management plan, and corporate social responsibility plan)
