Keys: · Assist Compensation Director by planning processes; includes compensation system design, testing, and training for users; drafts planning process guidelines and instructions. · Assist in the administration of the annual salary increase administration. · Audits, Job Descriptions, and Data Updates · Draft communication materials and programs to educate HR generalists, employees, and managers about company pay philosophy and compensation programs. · Assist the Compensation Director during internal audits by pulling information from the SAP system. · Update reports for compensation department to ensure data is accurate and timely. · Develop new reports for the HR community to ensure they have access to compensation data in a user friendly way.
