We are seeking candidates for a Business Development Associate on the Corporate Sales team in New York, NY. The next step after the successful interview is the reference check, but who to ask and when to ask them to be a reference is sometimes trickier than you think, as evidenced by the question posed (and answered) in my latest SGGH blogpost.
