Position is for a Business Intelligence Analyst - SQL Server, BI Solutions, OLAP Data Warehousing Business Intelligence. 24X7 SQL Server and SQL Server Analysis Server monitoring and maintenance. Designing, Tuning OLAP Aggregations for improving performance of SSAS reports. Work on SQL jobs and SSIS packages, necessary for maintaining SSAS Databases. Responsible for OLAP cube processing. Resolving OLAP failures and issues, avoiding an outage to executive metrics. Maintenance of SSAS DB partitions for daily processing of SSAS cubes and SQL server database administration. Will be required to work in Production Support.
CRITICAL SKILLS: SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS),

Teradata
Oracle
SQL Server DBA
REQUIRED SKILLS: 7 years of strong experience with relational database with a focus in SQL server 2000/2005/2008.
7 years in development and implementation of BI solutions using Microsoft Business Intelligence technology stack 2000/2005/2008.
Experience on Data Warehousing, Data Analysis & Modeling and a good grasp of software engineering principles.
Strong ability to analyze user requirements and build reporting solutions such as relational database reports, OLAP reporting, SSRS reports.
Experience on SQL Server Database Administration.
Must be able to work in production support.
Must have zeal to learn new technologies as and when the job responsibilities require.
DESIRED SKILLS: Experience in INFORMATICA and DataWarehouse design, monitoring and tuning, profiling and performance optimization; including aggregate and index design, usage and options to improve load and extract performance in Data Warehousing environments.
Experience working in telecom related projects. .
