Nestlé Nutrition has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst in our Florham Park, NJ office. The primary responsibilities of this position are:
1.Develop and distribute the sales reporting package to internal organization and field sales teams
2.Support the Performance and Healthcare Customer Development leads on an ongoing monthly basis and in the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process
3.Perform ad hoc customer analyses of trends and business impactors
4.Work with Customer Development and Supply Chain
5.Manage the Special Packs forecasting and Allocation processes
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
•Maintain and support Mid-Month Sales reporting templates
•Provide backup for the sales reporting package including Daily Sales and Business Update reports
•Provide support for the CCSD team during Integrated Commercial Planning process with focus during situation analyses , Retail Sales Playbook development and customer planning templates and trade workbook creation
•Support Customer Development leads with Month End sales analyses and templates
•Utilizes data such as BW Shipment Reporting, Nielsen, Retailer POS to perform ad hoc analyses supporting the CCSD team
•Manage special pack forecasting process including regular communication and tracking to the field sales organization and supply chain
•Develop knowledge base of all Nestlé Nutrition businesses and processes
•Manage brand POS via Archway and Retailer Ads via MarketTrack
Education/Experience:
•Must have a Bachelors degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
•Training and experience in the following areas: Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation Skills, Sales skills, Time Management, Project Management
•2-3 years CPG relevant experience including sales experience and/or syndicated data supplier/software user
Key Competencies:
•Strong technical skill set including, - BW Sales Reporting, Nielsen/IRI point of sale data, advanced user of Excel / Powerpoint
•Ability to interpret and develop analyses and recommendations from disparate data sources
NOTE: This position requires up to 20% travel
