*Building High-Impact Relationships for Optimal Solutions*
Relationships are the foundation on which successful solutions are built.
Whether it is gathering requirements for a specific project, defining an
enterprise-wide strategy or developing a win-win scenario with partners,
how and with whom we have relationships shapes our success.
Global publisher John Wiley & Sons, Inc. is on a transformative journey
from a print, product-centric organization to a digital, customer-centric
business. This presentation will describe how Wileys technology/business
collaboration has evolved and how recent experiences with strategic
customers and partners have helped the company reinvent itself for the
digital age. It is a paradigm for driving innovation and implementing new
business models.
Key Take-Aways:
- Insight on achieving technology/business collaboration across the
enterprise in a digital age.
- Lessons learned in what has worked (and not worked) to develop and
sustain strategic partnerships with customers and suppliers
- Best practices for successful enterprise relationships, and critical
factors in avoiding pitfalls, to improve your own outcomes
