Experienced Senior Technical Analyst needed for Distribution Technology, Operational Data Store, Web Services and Compensation projects. This can include smaller-scale projects and components of large-scale projects. The position requires excellent analytical skills, experience with SDLC, and ability to support the business through the effective use of technology. Also, candidates must be able to define components of enterprise data architecture and to assist in the definition of a development and deployment approach to be used to realize this architecture.

- High proficiency with database querying, data analysis, data modeling and interpretation
- Independent thinker with proactive approach to problem solving is essential for the role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Must have a technical aptitude, have good troubleshooting skills and be detailed-oriented.
- Use Case, UML language, Rational, ERWIN and Visio Proficient
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of solid project skills, practical experience, and knowledge. Compensation project experience is a plus.
