Must have 100% IT HelpDesk technical phone support in the Pharmaceutical industry, some deskside a plus

Description:
Service Desk Technical Analyst Skill set: Strong teamwork skills. Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and written. Provide 100% phone and email support to all users who contact the Service Desk via Phone or E-Mail. Ability to multitask; answering service requests by phone, e-mail, and at times in person. Working knowledge of Call Tracking / Knowledge Warehouse systems. Entering Service Requests into the call tracking system Ability to conform to standard entry ticket entry processes regarding the incident management system. Quick to learn and adaptable to new environments- fast paced environment

Requirements: 3+ years Service Desk or Help Desk support experience, Scientific / Pharmaceutical support background needed
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills a must,Team player
MS Office, Remedy or Track-IT (any similar)

Ability to solve problem over the phone Microsoft Office Suite

Remote access knowledge (Citrix, Remote Access, Cisco VPN) Lotus Notes & Microsoft Outlook experience Windows XP, and Windows 7

Experience Blackberry and iPhone support a plus

MAC support a plus

Previous Pharmaceutical software application & Technology support
