[itroundtable] Need: Project Management Plan Template of IT portion of a small office move?

 

Folks:

I'm currently in charge of the infrastructure at a small NYC Financial Services firm.  I've recently been tasked with the management of the move to a new space in Q3 of 2014 and wanted to start the planning process.

Wondering if anyone would be willing to share a project plan template with me.  

We only have about 40-50 people, but or operation being Financial Services, uptime is key.
