Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst who will lead design
sessions with other teams and then create functional/technical designs and
test plans for proposed solutions; lead a team to build, test, implement and
deliver new integration and IAM solutions among systems to enable seamless
access provisioning, sharing of data, and participation in common business
processes. This hands-on role will also provide maintenance and level 3
support for new and existing integrations.
This is a fulltime employee position in New Haven, CT
There is no particular technologies that are required for this position.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree and six years of related work experience.
* Solid hands-on experience with end-to-end SDLC in a Programmer /
Analyst role
* Experience developing lightweight technical solutions (macros,
stored procedures, scripts, etc.) and ability to quickly learn new scripting
and configuration tools and languages;
* Ability to lead and coordinate work with business analysts, project
managers and subject matter experts
* Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work
with different groups and network with the right people to overcome
obstacles and successfully deliver integration solutions.
* Knowledge of Business Analysis/Project Management principles, Agile
and Waterfall methodologies
Plus:
* Knowledge and/or exposure to any of the following: Restful
Interfaces, Webmethods, Layer 7, SOA, Oracle, SQL Server, Identity IQ,
LDAP;; IAM, EAI, ActiveMQ, Liaison Contivo, WebMethods, Axway MFT, Talend
* Knowledge of Java sufficient to write and deploy simple POJOs is
highly desirable.
