Supervisor,
Sales Payouts
Manage all activities related to the payout of
commissions in this global real estate agency. The position reports to the Financial Analyst and is located in NYC.

Responsibilities
include:
· Supervision
of two direct reports
· Training,
managing and mentoring of reports
· Manages
all commission information requests from top management.
· Leads
commission projects
· Manages
commission system from A to Z
· Prepares
system reports as needed
· Assist
with A/R process

Desired
Skills & Experience
*Experience
· 5 years minimum professional
experience
· 3 years+ in a supervisory/managerial
capacity
· 4 year college degree

*Skills
· Excellent communicator, can train others,
great problem solver, team oriented
· Resume MUST reflect analytical
background
· Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and
Powerpoint knowledge
· Commission processing or data
management knowledge is ideal
