As a Technical Writer in our Technical Content Department , your responsibilities would include:
- Managing release doc projects for various IB product releases based on release priority and customer demand
- Coordinating rollout schedules with the Technical Writer Managers and software division Product Managers, as necessary, to deliver quality documentation in specified timeframes
- Developing workload plans, project plans, and related rollout schedules to account for and prioritize work
- Technical writing tasks, such as updates, enhancements, corrections, new features, installing and testing software, generating updates to online Help, addressing product updates (medprojs), communicating status about project progress, multi-tasking, indexing, developing glossaries
- Determining when support is required to meet deadlines; coordinating support to deliver quality, timely results

The ideal candidate possesses:
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical Writing (or a related field, such as Professional or Technical Communications)

- A minimum of 3 years technical writing experience in a software development setting

Deeking a Recruiter/ HR Generalist to plan and implement recruitment strategies and provide HR support for the full cycle of employee activities.

This position will often prioritize talent acquisition, and it requires strong recruiting ability, not just in sourcing candidates but also in screening and identifying candidates who are a strong fit for the team and the firm. This position will also play a key role in looking after the existing staff by enhancing UtiliSave's employee relations, performance management, training and talent management.


Duties:


Lead and implement all aspects of full life-cycle recruiting:
· Determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
· Utilize cost-effective sourcing methods such as on-line job postings, networking and social media. Creatively explore and adopt new methods.
· Serve as the main point of contact with candidates throughout the process.
· Review, screen and interview applicants, with particular emphasis on identifying the right fit for our team.
· Extend and negotiate offers of employment with candidates.
· Maintain accurate records of all applications and candidacies.

Partner with the CEO and senior management to provide value-added human resources support of business objectives:
· Provide overall support and counsel on business and employee issues. Work closely with the entire staff to ensure a culture of employee engagement to help drive business initiatives.
· Conduct on-boarding of new hires.
· Assess training needs of staff, and develop and conduct appropriate training.
· Counsel employees and management on possible/current performance and employee/management issues.
· Work with senior management to maintain a positive work environment for the entire UtiliSave staff.
