Overview

Our client is seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst who will initiate,
detail, implement, track and provide status updates on clinical informatics
based projects relating to Ambulatory Informatics EHR. The Analyst will be
part of the design team for standardization of user interfaces (notes,
templates, tasks); develop metrics and dashboards for compliance with
standard workflows and user interfaces; assess and redesign process in
current workflows and implement system changes. The Analyst will educate
various staff levels on metrics and dashboards, monitor critical process
requirements, meaningful use, quality targets (CQM, PQRS), and other
appropriate use and value based metrics and promote accountability for these
dashboards to improve systems, processes and service for patients and
customers.

This is a fulltime employee position in Danbury, CT

Skills and Experience

* Bachelor Degree Required

* Minimum of three years job-related experience

* Knowledge and hands-on experience with Clinical Informatics System
EHR (Allscripts and Cerner)

* Experience in either an ambulatory clinical practice or acute care
setting practice

* CT State LPN license, Med Assistant or EMS certification; CT State
RN license highly preferred

* Strong communication skills, ability to document and articulate
ideas in a presentation

* Ability to listen and understand medical providers and staff

* Understanding of problem focused project management and workflow
design
